Victoria worked closely with me to rebuild my strength and confidence again. She did a great job of modifying exercises to accommodate my arm injury while still keeping the workout dynamic & fun. She also taught me a LOT about proper form, equipping me to safely do the same workouts at home. The hard work of course extended beyond our 1-hr sessions - she gave me nutritional tips and I made sure to watch my diet & daily activities.
In 3 months, I lost 6 pounds, 5% of body fat, and gained a ton of muscle. I also lost 2" off my waist. Most importantly, I just feel stronger and more confident in my own skin (:

After back surgery, it was incredibly important to me that I find someone who really understands... read more the body. Victoria has increased my strength and wellbeing exponentially. She truly practices functional fitness and I am so much stronger with no pain (other than the good kind of sore). Somehow, every workout is different, the time moves quickly, and I am always the perfect amount of sore-enough to be proud of what i have done but not too much that I can't move. She is like the Macgiver of the gym, she can turn any gym equipment up a notch.This is not her day job, this is her life's work and she takes it seriously. Victoria pays unbelievable attention to form, is never on the phone or distracted, she pushes me to be the best I can be and always with a very positive attitude. When life gets really busy she is also a trained chef and has made amazing, healthy vegetarian food to keep me on my feet. I was blown away from our first workout together by how knowledgeable she was about the body and how muscles are connected to the brain. Victoria also made me keep a food journal which she was able to create a diet lifestyle plan that suits me best. She has even introduced me to a kind of water that I swear has changed my life. The more sessions I do with her, the more comfortable and open my body becomes. The best thing about her sessions is that she always makes me try harder and more challenging workouts, but she never forces me to do anything that causes me pain. She gives us all the details so that we can feel really happy doing it. Working out can sometimes make us feel lonely, but with Victoria, we can reach heights we could never reach alone.

This is not expensive, she provides delivery vendors where you actually save more than going to supermarket. From Vic, I've learned that there is just so much processed foods in our stores that really aren't good for us. Especially here in the states. 10/03/2020I started working out with Victoria over a year ago. She first started cooking and I was taking back but the dishes and food she made. Every dish is full... read more of flavor and everything is made with the most nutritious vegetables. Here knowledge on food is incredible. In a short period of time I noticed a huge difference in my energy levels , my mood, my daily digestive, my skin and nails and my overall appearance. The quality of her food brought me awareness of the day to day crap food I would ate daily. I have a complete new view about what not to eat and what is good to eat.
After the second or third month of Victoria cooking I started training with her. She has a wide range of workouts which makes it fun. I had suffered a work injury and Victoria was able to work with and around my injury. I'm honestly so impressed with my progress. I'm in the best shape I've ever been in my life. I've always wanted nice flat stomach and first time I have abs. I developed beautiful definition in both my back and arms.
Victoria is a warm heart, she takes what she does serious and is dedicated in getting you the results you want. She didn't just train and teach me she created a whole new healthy lifestyle for me.

And with Victoria I'm noticing I've gotten farther than ever before and still my body hasn't broken done. We have meticulously created three different programs to suit subscribers of all fitness levels.
- The Beginners program focuses on foundational, functional exercises with the aim of correcting common muscle imbalances, stability, coordination, cardiovascular endurance, and mobility.
- Intermediate is built upon the beginner program and ads hypertrophy training, power, intro to dynamic movements, and greater exercise volume.
- The advanced program is suitable for very experienced gymgoers (which is missing in the fitness app industry), and will challenge even the most experienced subscriber with challenging dynamic exercises that will work your body in new ways.
- The Home program was built for the average busy person at a (beginner/intermediate Level) using minimal equipment using equipment recommended within the app’s “equipment list page” and typically shorter workouts.Â
Not only will this app have your fitness dialed in, it will guide you on the best way to eat, live, and create daily behaviors that will set you up for success.
As with any goal in life, the greater your consistency and ability to stick to the plan, the faster you’ll see results. Most people see results within 4-6 weeks.
You will never get bored with the workouts. We have an extensive exercise library (still growing) of over 1500 different exercises, and you rarely do the same workout 2x. We also set you up for success by giving you an easy-to-follow structure, covering all aspects of what it takes to improve your health and make the program a success. Including a summarized “roadmap”, nutrition outline, recipe book, and educational resources covering the most common pain points keeping people out of good health and a weekly blog keeping you informed on the latest research in health and longevity.
This is up to you. The more behaviors you can adopt form the program the greater your chances are of having sustained success. We do our best to give you the tools to take with you for the rest of your healthier life.
